Low carb Beef And Butternut Stew

Ingredients
500 Grams Cubed Beef1 tin Crushed Tomatoes1 Onion, finely chopped3 Cups Chopped ButternutHerbs to taste1tbsp Olive OilSalt and pepperRed Wine (optional)
Directions
Brown onion in oil, add cubed beef and brown, add wine or water to scrape up brown bits. Add Butternut and tomatoes. Bring to heat, add herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 hours until meat is tender. Reduce liquid by simmering.
