Gluten Free Protein Pancakes

3 scoops of protein powder (I used unflavored but you can use any flavor you want) 3 egg whites 1/4 cup almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 ripe banana 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract (you dont need this if your protein is flavored) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup (estimate) unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp Truvia (optional)
So I combined everything with 2 tbsp of almond milk in a blender. Then I added the almond milk until I got a pancake consistency. It ended up being 1/4 cup but depending on your protein you may need more or less so I would add slowly.
Then just cook as pancake. Technically I guess whey protein is not Paleo(?) so these are Paleo-ish.
Serving Size: Makes about 12 pancakes - 3 per serving.
