Gluten Free Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
•3 scoops of protein powder (I used unflavored but you can use any flavor you want) •3 egg whites •1/4 cup almond flour •2 tbsp coconut flour •2 tbsp coconut oil •1 ripe banana •1/2 tsp cinnamon •1 tsp vanilla extract (you don’t need this if your protein is flavored) •1/2 tsp baking powder •1/4 cup (estimate) unsweetened almond milk •1 tsp Truvia (optional)
Directions
So I combined everything with 2 tbsp of almond milk in a blender. Then I added the almond milk until I got a pancake consistency. It ended up being 1/4 cup but depending on your protein you may need more or less so I would add slowly.

Then just cook as pancake. Technically I guess whey protein is not Paleo(?) so these are Paleo-ish.
