Healthy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup wheat germ1 tbls garlic powder1 tsp cayenne pepper1 cup buffalo wing sauce (use a healthy type)3/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions
cut breasts into strips
Mix all ingredients except sauce and bread crumbs in a bag
coat chicken strips in mixture
put sauce in a bowl and dip strips into it
coat strips in bread crumbs
bake on a cookie sheet at 400 degree for 20 minutes
