Squash Medley

Ingredients
6 summer squash, sliced1/2 tsp. salt2 tomatoes chopped1/4 C. g. onionhalf green bell pepper1 C. chicken bullion4 slices turkey bacon1/4 C. pearl barley
Directions
Sprinkle squash with salt. Layer half the squash, tomatoes, onions, and pepper. Repeat layers. Pour broth over layers. Top with bacon and barley. Pressure cook for 1 minute or slow cook on low 4-6 hours.
