Ingredients
Flour Tortilla (12" diameter)Pork, Carnitas style (1 TBSP)Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 pinch)Avocado sliceSpanish Rice (1 TBSP)
Directions
Fry up carnitas pork.
Warm up tortilla in stick-free pan
Place pork on tortilla, add rice, cheese, and avocado.
Roll-up inside tortilla.
