Whole Wheat Pumpkin Nut Bread

Ingredients
Ingredients: 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour 1 1/3 cups Oat Flour 1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder 2 1/2 tablespoon Baking Soda 1 teaspoon Salt 2 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, ground 1 teaspoon Cloves, ground 2 cups Pumpkin, cooked 2 Egg, fresh 4 Egg white 1/2 cups Applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 cup Canola Oil, 1 cup Walnuts Chopped
Directions
Cream oil and sugar. Beat in eggs, pumpkin, and rest of wet ingredients. Blend dry ingredients in separate bowl, then fold into wet mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 prepared bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves of 12 slices each.
