3 T paprika1 T garlic powder2 t dried oregano2 t dried thyme3/4 t cayenne pepper1/2 t salt1/2 t ground cumin1/2 t pepper1/4 t ground nutmeg
Mix all the ingredients and rub onto pork before roasting. Makes enough to easily cover a 3 lb pork roast.
