Ingredients
3 T paprika1 T garlic powder2 t dried oregano2 t dried thyme3/4 t cayenne pepper1/2 t salt1/2 t ground cumin1/2 t pepper1/4 t ground nutmeg
Directions
Mix all the ingredients and rub onto pork before roasting. Makes enough to easily cover a 3 lb pork roast.

    looks good..I'm going to try it as a rub for boneless, skinless chicken breast..not sure if will bake or grill. It looks like it would be good to add a bit of olive oil to and use as a marinade! I may try that too! Thanks - 3/3/08
