Balsamic Scrambled Eggs with Veggies

Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)Broccoli, fresh, 1 spear (about 5" long) Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp Kirkland Crumbled Bacon Bits, 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 extra large balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon saltpepper
Scramble eggs in a small bowl, and set aside. Saute broccoli and onion in olive oil unti onions are almost caramelized. Add mushrooms to pan halfway through to avoid overcooking. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add balsamic vinegar. Add egg mixture and stir while cooking until set. May top with an additional splash of balasamic vinegar if desired.
