Maionese de batata e chuchu

Ingredients
3 cups potatoes peeled, and cubed2 cups chuchu (chayote) peeled and cubed1 cup carrots diced1 cup canned corn1 TBLS olive oil3 cloves garlic1 TBLS raw onion1 cup light maionese
Directions
Steam potatoes, carrots and chuchu. Allow to cool completely. Brown chopped garlic in olive oil. Add to the steamed veggies with 1 can corn, Tbls raw onion, and 1 cup light maionese.
