Cook chicken breasts ahead of timeSautee onions, almonds, celery, carrots and wild rice in butter or olive oilCook Brown rice as directedAdd all ingredients in a big panAdd the chicken brothAdd the chickenAdd Cream of Chicken soup, I used healthy requestAdd Mixed VegtablesBring to a boilTurn down and let simmer for about a hour and a halfSeason to taste, I used Mrs. Dash Zesty Italian
Cook Chicken Breasts ahead, allow them to cool while preparing other ingredients
Sautee almonds, onions, celery, wild rice and carrots in either olive oil or butte
Prepare Brown rice as directed
Cut or pull chicken into small pieces
Add all ingredients to big pan
Bring to a boil
Then put on simmer for about 90 minutes
Season to taste
Serving Size: makes 23 one cup portions
