My Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of frozen mixed fruit ( I used Dole Ready-Cut Strawberries, Peaches, and Bananas)18 oz. of Nonfat yogurt any flavor* *the nutrition info is based on the Dannon Light & Fit VanillaApprox. a cup and a half of almond milk, although can be made with regular skim milk. Add enough to cover the blender blades, then add more as necessary.One fourth to one third cup sugar* to taste8 ice cubes
Directions
First you add the liquid and 4-8 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Then add the fruit, a little at a time. May need to add more liquid depending on your blender. Once all fruit is added, add the yogurt a little at a time. Add Sugar and blend until smooth!

Serving Size: Makes about 3.5-4 12 oz. glasses
