Mrs Dirt Bob Pancakes with Oatmeal and Vanilla

Ingredients
1 cup Oatmeal (plain) dry 1/2 cup Pacake mix, 1/2 cup egg white substitute 1/2 cup Milk, 2% Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
mix all ingredients and let stand while the griddle is heating up.

I used a 1/8 measuring cup to pour onto griddle making 10 pancakes in total about 3.5" in diameter
for about 50 cal for each pancake
