Ginger-Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
Juice of 1 lime1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes3 cloves garlic, about 1 tbs2 tsp freshly grated ginger1/4 tsp salt & pepper1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil1 lb shrimp (de-veined for easy)
Directions
Mix everythig but oil & shrimp together. Slowly stir in oil with fork. Add srhimp

Let sit for at least 20 min.

Heat grill on high, with lid closed.

Place shrimp on skewers and, with room between them.

Grill for 2-3 minutes per side with lid closed.
