Ingredients
12 eggs, scrambled1 roll Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage1 green bell pepper, diced1/2 cup onion, chopped12 flour tortillas
Directions
Cook sausage & remove from pan. saute pepper & onion in grease until tender. Remove from pan. Scramble eggs, then add sauage & veggies back into pan and mix ingredients. Divide mixture evenly into the torillas and roll up. Serve with salsa, cheese & sour cream if desired.
