Lasagna Recipe - Diet Free Life

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey6 cups classico tomato and basil spaghetti sauce4 c non-fat cottage cheese2 c low fat shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 c grated parmesan cheese1/4 c eggbeaters1 T. olive oil1 cup shredded carrots2 large baby zucchini, diced1 cup broccoli slaw9 oz spinach, fresh16 pieces (1lb) Healthy Harvest Lasagna2 cloves Garlic
Directions
Cook noodles

steam spinach, press water out

brown meat, drain

saute vegetables and garlic add cooked meat and sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.

Assemble lasagne and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncover and bake another 5-10 min.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
