Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato Pureed Tomatoes, .25 cup Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp curry leaves, 1 serving *Onion Red (1 Srve = one onion), 1 serving*Olive Oil - Carlini - 100% Pure Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
In a pan, heat oil add onion, thyme, curry leaves wait for the onion to become translucent and then throw in the tomatoes and tomato puree and stir until tomato is fully cooked.
