Oatmeal (plain), 4 cup dry *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Honey, .25 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 mediumWalnuts, .5 cup, chopped Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
Set oven to 375. Pre-prep large cookie sheet or baking pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper and set aside.
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour dough onto baking sheet or pan and press flat and even.
Bake for 10 minutes, then take bars our of oven; while still hot cut into 18 individual bars, and using a spatula, flip over so browned, crispy side is face up. Return pan to oven and bake for additional 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Serving Size:�Makes 18 bars at 168 calories per serving!
