Greek Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar2 (generous) teaspoons yellow mustard1/4 cup Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt (I use Chobani)2 teaspoons honey
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and vinegar.
Add mustard and mix until blended.
Add in the Greek yogurt and honey - mix until blended.


Serving Size: Makes about five 2 tablespoons servings
