Ingredients
Leeks, 4 leek *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp Water, tap, 300 grams Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Boil the potatoes. Cook the leeks & bacon in the oil until the leeks are a bit soft. Add the water, bouillion and cook for further 25mins. Put in liquidizer and mix for 1min.
Makes 2 1- cup serving
