Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)*Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced (remove)Garlic, 5 clove (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)1 tbsp cuminsalt and black pepper to tastegarlic powder to taste
Directions
saute veggies
brown turkey meat
add tomatoes
add broth
simmer for 20 minutes

Serve in a bowl with chopped avocado!
