German Pancake Muffins

1 cup 1% milk6 eggs1/2 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanillaToppingfor each one: 1/4 cup frozen berries 2 tbsp Cool Whip Lite
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together flour and salt and set aside. Beat together eggs, milk and vanilla til frothy. Add flour. Beat til smooth. (This is not a normal pancake batter.) Slowly add in melted butter.
Add to muffin tins or cups, filling each about halfway. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with berries and cool whip.
