I large cucumber, peeled and julienned (150 grams)1/2 large, ripe tomato (200 grams)Handful of broccoli, chopped (25 grams)Handful red onion, chopped (50 grams)Grated hard Parmesan cheese (15 grams)2T Bolt House Extra Virgin Olive Oil Vinaigrette or 1.5T balsalmic and .5T EVOOSeasonings to taste: basil, salt, pepper, italian seasoning mix
Directions
Cut vegetables as indicated. Mix all ingredients together and stir until combined. Serve chilled.

    thats sounds awesome!! Instead of oil and cheese..I roast a few sesame seeds and blend it with a little bit of water..gives u a creamy dressing:) - 5/6/13
