Ingredients
Ripe Red Tomatoes - approx 6 largeOnions, raw - 1 large (Bermuda preferred)Green Bell Pepper - 1 largeYellow/Red/Orange Bell Peppers - 1 each mediumGarlic - 4 cloves finely choppedCilantro, raw - 1 bunch choppedLime Juice - 1 medium squeezedLight Beer - 4 fl. oz Hot Pepper Sauce - 4 tsp (Tapatio perferred)Salt - 2 tspPepper, black - 2 tspGarlic Powder - 2 tspJalapeno Pepper - 1 medium
Directions
Chop Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Cilantro, and Jalapeno Pepper and combine in bowl. Add freshly squeezed lime juice, light beer, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, salt, and balck pepper to bowl. Stir well. Serve or refridgerate.
