Cabbage and Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 tbs olive oil2 Medium Potatoes1/4 head of cabbage (large)400g canned diced tomatoes3 celery stalks1 large carrot1/2 onion3 tsp minced garlic1 1/2 cups of lentils4 tbs Chicken boullion powder2tbs Knorr Brown Onion Soup powder2 tsp Knoww Minestrone Soup PowderCurry PowderSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
saute onions and garlic in olive oil
add tomatoes
add chopped celery, chopped potatoes, chopped carrots
add chopped cabbage
allow cabbage to wilt
add lentils
add seasonings
cook on low to medium heat for 30 mins
