Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, canola oil, yeast, sugar, salt, water, pizza sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix flours, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add oil and water. Mix by hand until stiff and elastic dough. Rise 30 minutes. Roll into circle and place on pizza pan. Top with tomato/pizza sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheese. (Substitute toppings as desired). Bake 10-15 min at 450 F.
