3 lbs Chicken Wings/Wingettes5 oz. Soy Sauce3 oz. Salad Oil1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar1 medium onion, choppedpepper to taste
Day 1: Place wings in a 9x13 pan (Or large tupperware/ziploc bag) and pour sauce over. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Day 2: Take out most of the suace and reserve for basting, if desired. Bake for 3 hours, turning every hour.
