Ingredients:Milk, 1%, 1 cup Kale, 1 cup, choppedGinger Root, 0.25 cup Frozen Banana, 0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Frozen, NSA Mixed Fruit (Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Pineapple), 0.33 cup PB2, 1 tbsp 100% Natural Wheat Germ, 2 tbsp Stevia, 1 tbsp
Directions
Wash and fresh fruits and vegetables and chop into pieces that your blender can manage. Put milk in blender, add kale and ginger first because they are so fibrous. Blend until smooth and then add other ingredients, again blending until smooth and adding water as needed to maintain smooth, flowing consistency.
