Ingredients
1/4 cup of oats3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk2 Tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)1 Tsp Hershey's Dark Cocoa Powder1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce3.5" banana (50 grams, or 1/2 large banana)several ice cubes
Directions
Blend the oats in a blender until fine. Add everything else and blend until desired consistency.
