Low Sodium Tofu Stovetop Chili!

Ingredients
Banana Peppers - 6 ringsMinced Garlic, 3 tsp Onions, raw, 2 smallPeppers, sweet, green fresh, 1 small Boca Chili, 1 serving Muir Glen No Sodium Added Tomato Sauce, 1 canNo Salt Added Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 canMushrooms, fresh, 15 small Water, tap, 1 cupExtra Firm Tofu, 14 ozSalsa, 1.25 cup (remove)
Directions
Sautee all veggies and tofu until veggies are soft on stovetop in PAM no cooking spray.

Mix these and all remaining ingredients in pot, cook over low heat for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally.
