Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed (remove)*Pineapple, canned, .5 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks (remove)This is suppose to be frozen pineapple but I could not find it so I used canned unsweetened!Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)the original recipe calls for kale, but I could not find it. Almonds, .08 cup, slivered (remove) This is suppose to be 1 tbs of almond butter but I did not not have it... I used 1 oz of slivered almonds instead.Chobani 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt (6 oz), .5 serving (remove) I used Dannon light NONFAT Greek vanilla.
Directions
Blend everything and drink
