Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients
Medium size bunch of kale (approx 4 cups)can of olive oil sprayfine sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees f
Wash kale and pat dry or if you have a salad spinner use it.
Open leaves and cut the leaves off the stem as close as you can to get bigger "chips". For every leaf you should get 2 chips.
Spray the pan and lay the chips like you would french fries.
Spray a top coat of the oil on top of the kale. Sprinkle a fine layer of the sea salt on the kale and pop in oven for 15 mins.
