Ingredients:1.5 lbs Ground Turkey Breast2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Sage, ground1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Fennel seed1 tsp Thyme, dried 1 tsp Garlic powder1/2 tsp black pepperdash of cayenne pepperdash of Allspicedash of Cloves, grounddash of Nutmeg, ground1 lbs Brown Rice Pasta (Penne)1 32 oz carton Gluten Free Chicken StockPeas, canned, 1 can (15oz)2 cups Baby Spinach (raw)dash of Parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in large pan and start browning ground turkey, adding in next ten ingredients (spices) while browning. While turkey is cooking, start the pasta as directed on package. Once turkey is browned, add peas by gently folding into turkey. Next, add all of the chicken stock and bring to a boil and lower to simmer. Add fresh spinach and continue cooking until spinach is wilted. Serve pasta in bowls topped with turkey mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
