Quick Beef & Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 Tbps soy sauce2 Tbsp worcestershire2 Tbsp red pepper flakes1 - 1 1/4 lb flank steak, cut into strips3 cloves of garlic, minced1/2 a large onion, chopped4 oz fresh mushrooms1 large carrot, sliced1/4 to 1/2 C of fresh snap peas3 C broccoli1 pkg of no fat dry gravy mix
Directions
start heating wok or large skillet

add meat and cook until almost done. Add soy, worcestershire, and red papepr flakes.

Add vegetables and stir into meat. Cover & cook for about 5 minutes.

add gravy mix to 1 C of water, stir into meat / vegetables. Serve alone or over rice.
