Gluten Free Chocolate Walnut Baked Oatmeal Ramekins

Ingredients
2/3 cup oats2/3 cup almond milk (or any milk on hand)Tbsp brown sugar (or other sweetener)1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder1/4 tsp vanilla2 Tbsp walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
Spray two ramekins.
Pour half into one and half into the other.
Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 2 ramekins... for two soon to be very happy people
