Black Bean Quesadillas

Ingredients
1/4 c shredded cheese1/4c black beans1 whole wheat tortilla (or 2 for an additional 130 cal)
Directions
1. Drain and rinse the beans, if canned.
2. Heat beans in saucepan if desired, or just move to #3
3.Spray non-stick on pan,
4. Turn stove on Medium heat
5. Lay tortilla into pre-heated skillet
6. Top with beans and cheese and fold over. Cook about 4 mins each side.
