Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
4 Oz leftover beef1C Onion1C Celery1C Carrot1C Snow peas2TBS Olive Oil2TBS Soy Sauce2TBS Hoisin Sauce2C Brown Rice
Directions
Prep time depends on how good you are with a knife. :)
Slice beef into strips.
Cut celery, carrot, onions into strips or dice
Wash snow peas
Heat olive oil in wok and add beef.
Add onion cook for about two min. until soft. Add carrots cook addtional one min. Add celery and snow peas and cook until tender. Mix in Soy and Hoisin sauce.
Serve over brown rice.
