I egg2 egg whiteszucchini grated( about 30gms)carrot grated (about the same amount as zucchini)Feta Cheese lo fat, 30gms chopped
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour onto hot non stick fry pan and allow to cook through . About 5-7 mins. Flip onto other side to brown the top, for a minute or two, then serve!
