Ingredients
angel hair pasta whole wheat, 2 oz Safeway Angel Hair Pasta Spagetti, 2 ozDel Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup Nancy's Plain Low-Fat Yogurt, .75 cupWhite Wine, 1 fl oz Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded Garlic, 3 clovesChicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
Directions
melt butter and add garlic.
Once bubbling add in white wine.
Begin cooking chicken in a small amount of olive oil.
Bring water to a boil for pasta and add.
Once wine sauce has reduced add a small can of diced tomatoes (slightly drained) to the sauce. bring to a boil and let simmer.
Dice up cooked chicken and add to sauce, continue simmering.
Once noodles are fully cooked and sauce has reduced (you may need to add some corn starch to thicken) add sauce to noodles and enjoy!
