Cucumber Crepes Thalipith

Ingredients
Cucumber 3 full skin peeled and gratedRice flour 1 cupGram flour 2 tbspcumin seed 2tspncumin powder 1 tspncorinder powder 2 tspnturmeric powder 1 tspnasafoetida 1 pinchgreen chillies finely chopped (as per your taste)coriander finely chopped 1/2 cupsalt as per tastewater as requiredoil 1tbspn
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together into a smooth batter and should not be very runny. Grease a non stick pan and pour in some batter and check the consistency. If too thin add some flour and if too thick add some water. Add some refined butter (ghee) on either side and flip until its well cooked. Serve hot with yoghurt
