Low-Carb Cheese Crisps

1 cup shredded colby jack cheese1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix cheeses together in small bowl.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Roll about 1 tsp cheese into a ball the size of a marble and place onto cookie sheet for each crisp. Flatten with thumb. Leave about 1/2-1 inch gap between each.
Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is golden brown throughout for maximum crispness.
Remove from oven and let sit to crisp. If cheese is still gooey in middle or chewy, put back in oven for another minute or so.
