Sweet Cherries, 30 cherryDark chocolate, 125 gramButter, unsalted, 1 tbspMilk, 3.25%, 0,5 cup
1) Chop the chocolate in smaller pieces and melt it in the microwave.
*When the chocolate begins to melt (after about 1,5 min) in the microwave, add the butter.
**When the chocolate begins to look liquid (after about 2,5 min) in the microwave, add the milk.
***Mix it at every step.
2) When the chocolate is fluid, take it off the microwave and insert the cherries.
3) Cover with chocolate and put it on greaseproof paper.
3) Let it get cold in the fridge.
