Tilapia Mexican Salad

Ingredients
1 Tilapia fillet3 Leaves of Romaine lettuce1/4 cup corn1/4 cup black beans2 tbsp salsa1/2 square Sauté Express lemon pepper seasoned butter
Directions
Bake tilapia in lemon pepper butter at 375 degrees until fish is done (5-7 minutes). Cook corn and black beans together in separate pot. Lay lettuce on plate to form bed. Once fish is done place fish on top of lettuce. Add bean and corn mixture. Top with salsa.
