Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded or diced mozzarella 1/4 cup sliced scallions1/2 cup diced celery1/4 cup mayonnaise2 Tbs wine vinegar1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basil
Directions
Combine the mozzarella, scallions and celery in a mixing bowl. In separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, oregano, and basil. Pour the mixture over the salad, stir to combine, and serve.
