Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 3 cup (remove) Baking Powder, 4 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove) *Shortening, Crisco, 6 tbsp (remove)
Directions
In a large bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder, using two knives or a pastry cutter cut in shortening till mixture is crumbly. Add milk and mix with your hands till you have a dough. Roll out on a floured board to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut to desired size with a floured cutter. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 13 to15 minutes (golden on top) at 450 degrees. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
