Spaghetti Squah and Bean casserole

Ingredients
6 cups cooked Spaghetti Squash1 small onion1 can diced tomatoes6 slices of the Ultra thin Sargento cheese1 medium zucchini1 cup of black beans1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cook and scoop out the spaghetti squash.
Sautee onions, black beans, zucchini in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add tomatoes and mix.
In a casserole dish, layer squash, then tomatoe and vegtable mixture, then slices of cheese.
Bake for 30 mins until warm throughout and cheese is melted in.
