Ingredients
1/2 cup Almond Flour1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend1 egg3 tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 tablespoons Coconut Oil2 tablespoons half & half1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir just until moistened. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into a mug and cook in microwave for 2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter or refrigerate and save for later. Enjoy!

    Luv this recipe for a low carb sweet tooth snack. I use Swanson's No-Taste Coconut Flour. Sometimes I'll add a little shards of unsweetened dark baker's chocolate for some texture too. It doesn't take much to make a fairly large, filling brownie. - 11/1/14
