Karen's Lean Ground Beef Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef I 14.5 oz can tomatoes1 egg1/2 cup uncooked Quaker Old Fashioned Oats1/2 cup chopped bell pepper1/2 cup chopped onionsalt and pepper to tasteKetchup for topping
Directions
Combine all ingredients, (except for ketchup) mix well. Place in shallow baking pan and shape into loaf. Top with ketchup and extra bell pepper strips.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
