Ingredients
Armour Dried Beef (2.25 oz. jar), 2.25 ozMilk, 3.25%, 3 cupAll Purpose Flour, 3 tbspWorcesteshire Sauce, 1 tspButter, salted, 4 tbsp
Directions
Make a white sauce with the flour and milk:
- melt the butter and heat the milk up in a saucepan
- mix the flour with tablespoon or two of water - I take the beef out the jar and use that jar to shake the mixture up.
- add the flour/water mixture to the milk and cook on low until it thickens, stirring often.

While the white sauce is cooking and thickening, cut the beef up into small pieces, and add that and the Worcestershire sauce to the white sauce.

Continue cooking on low until you are satisfied with the thickness. (Like a thick, cream soup.) Serve over hot biscuits or toast.

Serving Size: Makes about four 1-cup servings.
