2 pounds boneless skinless chicken1/3 cup flour1 pkg, Lipton onion soup mix3 sliced carrots3 stalks sliced celery1/2 cup sherry1 can cream of chicken souppaprika
Oil large baking dish (or use PAM) Dredge chicken in flour and place in dish. Sprinkle onion soup over top. Place sliced vegetables on soup. Combine sherry and cream soup. Spread over chicken and vegetables. Dot with paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for at least 1 hour and 15 minutes.
NOTE: to assemble even quicker, use canned or baby carrots.
