1 cup red lentils1 cup chopped onions1 hot chili pepper, chopped10 cherry tomatoes or 1 small tomato, chopped1 tsp fresh garlic, chopped finely1 tsp fresh ginger, grated1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp tumeric1 tsp salt1 tsp chili powder4 cups water
Directions
Place in slow cooker, cook 6-7 hours on low setting
